Because there is no admin panel, text and image changes after launch are made by me. I keep this quick and I am glad to stay in touch with clients long after delivery.
Hosting renewal after the first year is charged at the then-current rates. I explain the figure during the requirements discussion, so nothing surprises you later.
Search rankings depend on content, competition and many other factors. A fast, well-structured site gives you a sound base, but no one can honestly guarantee a position.

Usually two to five days from approved content and design direction, assuming feedback and approvals come back promptly. Larger page counts take longer.
Can I edit the website myself?
Not through an admin panel. Static sites are edited in code, so I handle changes for you. If you want to edit content yourself, ask about a dynamic website or WordPress instead.
