This offer is for businesses and individuals who need to be online quickly without paying for design. I build a simple one-page website at no design charge. You pay for the domain name and one year of hosting, which are real costs charged by the providers.
It is a starting point, not a stripped-down trick. A one-page site can introduce your business, list what you offer and give people clear ways to contact you. If it later turns out you need more, we can plan a larger project.
Who this is for
It suits a new or small business that needs a clean online presence now: a local service, a professional, a shop that takes orders by phone or WhatsApp. I confirm whether a one-page site fits your needs when we discuss your requirements.

Worth knowing
Design changes are not included in this offer. The page is built once to a simple brief, so please share your content and preferences clearly at the start.
After the first year, domain and hosting renew at the then-current rates. I explain the current renewal charge when we go through your requirements.
Extra pages, online selling, custom features or redesign work are quoted separately as a normal project.
Common questions
Is the website really free?
The design and build fee is free. The domain registration and one year of hosting are paid by you, because those are charged by the registrars and hosting providers.
What happens after the first year?
Domain and hosting renew at the rates then applicable. I tell you the current figure when we discuss your requirements, and I stay in touch so a renewal never catches you out.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Additional pages or features are quoted as a separate project.
