About Harikrishnan
A web designer and developer in Kannur, Kerala, working with clients around the world.
I’m Harikrishnan, and I design and build websites. I have been doing it for 14 years, and in that time I have completed more than a thousand projects for businesses, clinics, institutions and professionals.
I live and work in Payyanur, Kannur, in Kerala. My clients are direct clients, and most of them run their businesses in many different places, so a lot of what I do happens online, by WhatsApp, email and phone.
I started with websites, and over the years I have added the services that businesses need around them: domains and hosting, business email, search visibility, advertising, online stores and Amazon listings. I only take on work I can do well and support properly.
How I work
I do most of the design and development myself. When a project needs a specialist, for example in advertising or store setup, I bring in trusted collaborators and stay your single point of contact, so you always know who you are talking to.
I tell you honestly which kind of website fits, even when that means a simpler or cheaper option than you expected. I explain the scope and the cost before work begins, and I use clear, plain language instead of jargon.
Good communication matters more than anything else in a project. I understand what you need, I show you the design before it is built, and I keep you informed along the way.
Support that continues after launch
The part of the work I care about most starts after the website goes live. Many clients come back for updates, new pages and new projects, and some have worked with me for years. I stay in touch, answer questions, help with renewals and make changes when you need them.
Small updates and questions are part of how I work. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately, so there are never surprises. Read about website maintenance and support.
What I can help you with
Web design and development come first: static websites, dynamic websites with an admin panel, WordPress, redesigns and online stores. Around them I can help with a domain and hosting, business email, SEO, advertising and Amazon listings.
